1. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information and image files you provide are correct and that you have the right to have the images printed.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2. Images
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to reproduce any image you upload.
We are not responsible for copyright or other rights relating to images supplied by customers.
We reserve the right to refuse to print material that we reasonably believe is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.
3. Print quality
We print files as supplied and use reasonable care to produce the best possible result. Differences in colour, cropping or appearance may occur between a digital screen and the finished print.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed on the website and are subject to change. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place the order.
Payment must be received before an order is processed.
5. Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated timescales. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns and refunds
Custom and personalised prints cannot normally be returned or cancelled once production has started, except where required by law, including where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Subject to your legal rights, we are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
